Pamela A. Withey is a California resident, having attended UC Berkley, UC Irvine and Pepperdine University in California. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in 1973, Summa Cum Laude. After finishing her degree at Pepperdine, Attorney Withey attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1973.
